What to Expect in a Session With Me
I take a grounded, transparent approach to counseling, and I work with people to explore their underlying emotions and patterns of thinking that cause them to struggle. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, substance use, self-harm, suicidality, grief, personality disorders, families, and couples. I am certified to diagnose and treat personality disorders.
A Little About Me
I have 10 years of experience in the Mental Health Field. ​The path that led me to being a counselor is as diverse as my approaches to my work. I have learned that people are complex and that a person’s situation does not always indicate who they are. I believe that my experiences help me provide understanding for what people are going through in many different walks of life.
